Baby Dove recently launched it’s new range of products exclusively for babies. They got in touch with me and sent me a hamper of their freshly launched products. I have already reviewed their baby lotion on the blog. Apart from the lotion, the sent me a pack of disposable baby wipes, a baby soap and a diaper rash cream.
Thankfully we never got a chance to use the diaper rash cream up until last few weeks. After using the cream for a little over two weeks here’s my detailed review.
Baby Dove Diaper Rash Cream Review:

My experience with the Baby Dove Diaper Rash Cream:
We used this rash cream on and off for a little over two weeks when our baby developed rashes. While I really loved the packaging, fragrance and consistency of this rash cream, I’m not sure if it stands to all it’s claims.
Honestly, I’m not very comfortable with using any harsh chemicals on the baby’s skin so unless it’s necessary I choose to go the natural way. The brand suggests to be apply a thin layer of the rash cream at every diaper change, which again I never did. I used it only when we had rashes. After repeated usage the redness did subside and eventually the rash started to heal. ut nothing very magical.
I should also mention that I also applied generous amount of coconut oil in between and gave lots of diaper-free time to the baby.
What I like about the Baby Dove Diaper Rash Cream:
- The smell is mild and extremely pleasant. Almost as same as other baby Dove products.
- It can be used from a newborn through toddlerhood.
- Travel-friendly packaging makes it easy to fit into a diaper baby or handbag.
What I don’t like about the Baby Dove Diaper Rash Cream:
- Definitely the price point. It’s a lot costlier than most of the diaper rash cream available in the market.
- Needs to be applied repeated to see the desired result.
Will I recommend the Baby Dove Diaper Rash Cream to other parents?
Yes, I would recommend for other parents who are absolutely comfortable with using unknown chemicals with their baby’s skin or to someone who may want to try out a new diaper rash cream available in the market or to someone who uses diaper rash cream at every diaper change. Honestly neither do I fancy apply creams
If you are someone like me, I would rather choose something with less chemicals or apply coconut oil and give lots of diaper-free time to treat diaper rashes.

As a mum of 3 young kids, I went through a lot of diaper rash dilemmas, so I invented a product to help not only with diaper rash but also with difficult diaper changes.
Our baby product is very small and easy to use. It makes diaper changing fun again. It also cured my daughters bad diaper rash, and stopped her from touching her poop everytime that diaper came off for a change!
